Research shows that even a small increase in physical activity can improve insulin sensitivity and blood lipids.
Here you will become aware of how much physical activity you have had in the past 7 days.
This test was developed at the Karolinska Institute and is called IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire). It is divided according to very strenuous activities, moderately strenuous activities and walks.

Very strenuous physical activity

Think of activities that are very demanding and make you breathe much heavier than normal. Examples are heavy lifting, more strenuous yardwork, running or bicycling at a faster pace. Think only about the activities you performed for at least 10 minutes at a time.

During the past 7 days, on how many days have you done work that is very strenuous?
How much time on average did you spend during such a day on very strenuous activity?
